Intelligent extrusion system

The extrusion speed and temperature are intelligently regulated by PID, with a maximum heating temperature of up to 300° C. It is compatible with PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, nylon and composite engineering materials.
Full-process closed-loop monitoring
It integrates temperature, pressure, line width and feeding speed sensors to collect key data such as extrusion stability, uniformity of consumable diameter and melt fluidity in real time. It automatically alarms in case of abnormal situations to ensure the reliability of the experimental process and the traceability of data.
Modular printing platform
Replaceable hot bed panel (high-temperature resistant PC/ flexible adhesive), supporting printing tests on different substrates; The temperature uniformity error of the platform is ≤±2°C, effectively ensuring the adhesion quality and molding consistency of the printed parts.
Integrated human-computer interaction
Equipped with a touch screen control interface, users can preset and store multiple sets of material process parameters and view curve data in real time. Supports USB and Wi-Fi data transmission, and is compatible with common slicing software and G-code control.
Safety and energy-saving design
The equipment is equipped with overheat protection, power-off restart and a closed operation chamber design to reduce external environmental interference. The energy-saving standby mode can automatically cool down when there is no operation, reducing energy consumption.
